                                            Jeanine Salvati

Jeanine is a proven senior executive, having held positions as Principal, Senior Vice President, and CIO at various times during her career.  As an executive at several large financial companies, she was responsible for the successful application conversion for Year 2000,  the chief architect for the due diligence, merger, and acquisition programs and as CIO responsible for all technology.

Jeanine’s distinguished career began in Hartford, Connecticut in banking where she managed, defined and developed the training programs that educated more than 2000 branch operations personnel on the conversion to new banking, lending and back office systems. 

She remained on the cutting edge of financial services while changing her career focus from a line officer to a consultant and joined one of the 5 top consulting companies in the world where she remained on staff for nearly 8 years handling an array of large financial services corporations engagements.

Recognized as a leader in her field, Jeanine was recruited to lead the mergers and acquisition teams for a large Connecticut based financial institution where she successfully managed the acquisition of several large banks.  Jeanine’s career continued its rise when she was appointed Principal at the Unisys Corporation where she managed and lead a very profitable $40 million mid-west practice.

Returning to her roots, Jeanine was offered the opportunity to become senior vice president one of the largest financial institutions in the world, where her responsibilities included Technology, Strategy, and Applications Development and Support for all front and back office systems for Europe and the United States.

Today, she is cofounder and Chief Executive Officer of flatlands consulting group, a company specializing in building the bridges between the business and technology by using emerging technology.
